The science or art of nutrition will continue to evolve and change.
Research suggests that there are nutrients that appear to be needed by our bodies for optimal health.
There is also research that suggests that the more of these nutrients we can bring into our tissues; the more toxins out; and the more we allow our body to work as it was designed to, the better health we can have.
Every person is an individual with different needs. What works for one may not work for another.
What I speak about includes research and anecdotes of ideas that have worked for some to improve their body’s function.
