Dark Green Zucchini (c. pepo) The classic zucchini used in Zucchini Bread, Frittatas, Lathkes and Egg Dishes.  Prolific Bushes.  Normally  zucchini should be cut when small and cut frequently to increase harvest for eating.
I really like how an occasional forgotten zucchini this year grew quite large and still was not tough and seedy!
